Embracing the Medicine Path
Walking the Medicine Path is a conscious and empowering choice we make to embrace, apply and share the healing gifts we hold. As we initiate with earth medicines, we honor and integrate the wisdom that we receive from them, weaving their teachings and synthesizing our lives and our selves whole.
This path requires commitment to continuously cultivate and honor sacred reciprocity, nourishing the ongoing relationship with the essence or “mother spirit” of the medicine.
Like all gifts and privileges, the medicine we receive, is meant to be shared and passed on to those who need it most. As we heal and become resourced, we are equipped to support and guide our kin through their healing journey as we’ve been held with our own.

Join us on an two year deep dive journey, apprenticing and initiating in various medicines and training in facilitation. This journey is for advanced students who are ready to take the next step in their Medicine Path to be in service to supporting dear ones and community with the facilitation of initiations with various medicines.
This Apprenticeship Includes:
9 facilitated medicine initaitions including plants, element(s), land and their own medicine spirit
A personalized program and schedule to fit the needs of the apprentice
Working directly with Francisca with her mentorship and guidance
Cohort support through in person gatherings, text thread and online platform
For each initiation, the participant will gather, organize and integrate information on the spiritual, energetic and physiological attributes of their medicine including: :
Dreams and their teachings
Traditional and contemporary rituals specific for their medicine
Signatures of the Medicine Spirit
Written in depth report about the medicine’s attributes (monograph)
Formulations and recipes
Engagement exploration
Exchange agreement as a medicine steward (Sacred reciprocity commitment)
6 in person training workshops in the art of ceremony and facilitation
that will include topics such as:
opening and closing a ceremonial space
working with a spiritual council
creating a safe space for deep sharing
guiding through the inquiry process
guiding through dream work
summoning the healer and medicine spirit
preparation of plants and formulation
holding accountability and more

Throughout our 2 year journey you’ll receive:
Exchange
Mentorship through 9 medicine initiations
For each initiation you get
Initiation and closing ritual sessions (55 min each)
Three weekly 55 minute support sessions (call, zoom or in person)
6 cohort day long garden gatherings
connection to community with a cohort group through slack app
Exchange is a sliding scale tuition of $9,000- $11,500
* A $2,000 deposit is required for all applications to be reviewed and to be accepted to the course (deposit is refundable if not accepted into the program)
* Once accepted, you may submit remaining balance in one payment or through our payment plan options.
In fulfillment of our mission to support systemically marginalized groups within our community, we prioritize providing a limited number of need based scholarships to BIPOC, queer, trans, and persons with disabilities.
* A portion of all of our class proceeds go towards our community projects supporting cultural preservation and generational continuity.
About Francisca Santibanez
My interest in intimate connection with plants, the earth and the spirit world began before I could speak as an infant. This love and passion for the mystery and aliveness in nature is my primary compass in life, along with my devotion to Pachamama.
I’m passionate about healing, growth and liberation and repeatedly in awe of the magic, empowerment and activation of deep wisdom that happens, when we return to the earth for healing and remembrance.
I have been blessed with an abundance of teachers, Western and Indigenous, in human, plant, ancestral and spirit form. Their presence and teachings have guided me to my own Medicine’s awakening and initiations. Granting me a path of purpose, sovereignty and deep commitment to guide, support and pass on the wisdom I’ve gathered, to help and uplift others as they awaken to their own Medicine.

Our 2024 cohort begins in January of 2024. Our first workshop will be held in March. Last day to join the cohort is February 15th.
