Adam Elmaghraby is the founder of Blue Lotus Dreamwork, an herbalism and dreamwork practice focused on rewilding our collective imagination through dreams and allyship with the more-than-human world.

For ten years, Adam has worked with Plant Spirit Talk, founded by Francisca Santibanez, where he is completing a clinical practicum in herbal medicine. His own healing began with plant medicine and herbalism; he has shared his journey publicly at global conferences at the intersection of social change and healing. With clients, Adam draws on all of this to help them find breakthroughs in their personal myth and recover their capacity to dream and rest.

Adam Elmaghraby spent over 13 years in corporate strategy and innovation, working on product strategy and foresight for organizations including Samsung, Google, Audi, the Institute for the Future, and dozens of startups. Today he runs Open Futures Lab, a technology and strategy consultancy.

He holds degrees in Philosophy and Pan-African Studies from the University of Louisville, and an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts.

He lives in Berkeley, California, with his daughter, Soraya.
