Join us for a profound seven-month intensive initiation in the Medicine of You~, a journey designed to deepen your connection with your inner wisdom and the Earth.
Life as Medicine Way is a seven-month intensive initiation offered primarily online with four in-person meetings. This guided journey invites deep exploration into the sacred teachings passed down through your ancestral inheritances, personal lived experiences, relationships, plant teachers, and Pachamama. It serves as an alchemical process, weaving together the mind, heart, and soul to foster profound healing and reconnection with the natural world.
Integrating South American cosmologies, plant spirit medicine, folk herbalism, shamanic practices, ancestral healing, and other contemporary earth-based wisdom traditions, Life As Medicine Way offers a transformative course that encourages embracing lifestyle as the living conduit for ceremony and medicine. This path invites deep reconnection with the natural world, honoring the ancient teachings that guide healing and self-discovery through everyday choices and conscious living.
By providing a safe space to explore, participants are supported and held as they harness the skills and tools to step into the role of the healer of their own lives. Through this offering, we learn the art of communing with plants as our teachers and wisdom stewards and nourish a practice of deep connection with our spiritual and ancestral resources.

Meet your Instructor
Francisca Santibanez
Founder of Plant Spirit Talk, and lead guide of Life As Medicine Way, Francisca is a passionate wellness guide, herbalist, and ritualist.
Her deep connection with plants and the spirit world was nurtured from an early age, influenced by her rich cultural roots in Brazil, Chile, and California.
After facing a severe health crisis in 2012, she embraced herbal medicine as a path to healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
In 2013, she began formal studies at the Berkeley Herbal Center and later deepened her knowledge with Indigenous teachers in Peru.
Today, she dedicates herself to helping others reconnect with the earth, guiding them to find healing and purpose in their own lives. Through Life As Medicine Way, she brings together all the teachings of her healing work from the past decade.

In fulfillment to our mission to support systemically marginalized groups within our community, we prioritize providing a limited number of need based scholarships to Black, Indigenous and People of Color.
*Scholarship applications are due by December 31st
(Scholarships cover up to 50% of tuition cost, and will be reviewed and granted on a first-come / first-served basis)
* A portion of all of our class proceeds goes towards our community projects supporting cultural preservation and generational continuity for Andean and Amazonian communities with whom we work.
