Asha Kohli
Asha Kohli is an artist, ceremonialist, and folk medicine practitioner. She is a daughter of immigrants, of Punjabi and Colombian descent, born into a lineage of artists, writers, activists, and spiritual seekers. Since then, Asha has devoted years to studying and stewarding ancestral technologies, most significantly through a decade-long apprenticeship in Andean and Amazonian folk medicine, alongside studying Ayurveda and ceremonial traditions taught by Indigenous wisdom keeperd and teachers across lineages.
Asha is the founder of Way of Nitara, a healing arts space that works at the axis of body, lineage, and earth-based wisdom, holding space for those who sense more is available to them than the life they've been living, and who are ready to find out what that means. Her work honors one truth above all: your body holds knowledge that your mind hasn't caught up to yet. The answers you are seeking are not out there. They are already inside you. Her commitment is to help you find your way back to them.
Asha lives and holds space for this work in an intentional community in Northern California, where she continues to root her practice in daily relationship with land, lineage, and ceremony.
