Renata is the founder and director of Metta Transformation, a wellness and social impact collective serving changemakers committed to remembering their Ancestral Intelligence in the work of justice and collective liberation. She is a former executive and nonprofit leader who specialized in neuro-Somatic techniques with the goal of helping leaders heal from chronic stress, trauma, burnout, and deep subconscious blocks. Her framework is unique: She brings in Clinical Hypnotherapy to bypass conscious resistance and map out old trauma responses in the brain (weaving Plant spirit initiations when appropriate), supports her clients’ transformation of their physical brain and body with nervine formulas prepared to chemically stabilize and nourish the nerve pathways. And, finally, she applies biofield energy therapy to physically clear that stress out of the body, ensuring deep, lasting mental and physical integration.

In addition to her clinical side, Renata holds a Master of Divinity in spirituality and social change and has been initiated as an inter-mystic walking the living traditions that guide her path — Andean Cosmovision, Amazonian Plant Intelligence, and Mystical Christianism. She remains committed to embodying a decolonial path, while bridging the biomedical world with original wisdom teachings. Currently, renata offers organizational development guidance to organizations seeking radical transformation. She is also the founder of “Rising with Plantcestors” a seasonal, intimate womb centric series for women and LGBTQI+ beloveds moving through huge transitions. Past Plantcestors retreats include: Remembering with Rose, Rising with Passion, Visioning with Mugwort, and Traveling with Tobacco. She was born and raised in Brasil with Xucuru Kariri elders (Indigenous nations in Alagoas and Pernambuco).
