MARCH | Herbal Cleansing Rituals with Francisca

As the earth reawakens from her deep winter sleep, with the day light growing longer and new life emerging, we’re invited to shed, cleanse and make way for all that’s been waiting to flourish in our lives, in this new season. This is a time for practices that support us in shedding what’s no longer needed and welcome in new vital energy for healthy growth. You’re invited to join us for Herbal cleansing rituals working with earth medicine tools to clear and cleanse our bodies and space.

Please dress in all white garments, gather the following ingredients and contemplate on the following soul seeds that you’d like to sow for the season; 

Ingredients and Supplies 

• Altar cloth 

• Fresh egg (room temp for at least 4hrs)

• Clear glass of water 

• Your preferred dried plants or resins to burn for clearing 

• Such as mugwort, sage, rosemary, copal, etc 

• Bowl with charcoal, sand and matches/lighter 

• Medium to large bundle of fresh aromatic cleansing herbs

• Rosemary, lavender, sage, basil, mugwort, lemon balm, yarrow, geranium, oregano, thyme, etc 

• Rose water or other preferred hydrosol or ancestral seguro 

• Large feather (Turkey or vulture or alike) (optional)

• White taper candle
