GINGER
Community
plant spirit initiation
December 1st through December 29th, 2025
online
Facilitated by Francisca Santibanez, Sami Knowles, Terry Hwang, and Asha Kohli
IGNITING INNER LIGHT
Entering the quiet of Winter, Ginger can inspire us to ignite our inner light and cultivate warmth amidst the cold. With its invigorating properties and ability to stimulate the spirit, Ginger encourages us to delve into our own depths, nurturing our capacity for transformation while honoring the sacred stillness that allows our inner fire to shine brightly during this time of reflection and renewal.
Benefits of Plant Spirit Initiations:
Facilitates self-exploration and personal growth through ceremonial practices.
Promotes reconnection with Nature and enhances healing potential.
Encourages reclaiming one's true self and embracing wildness.
Fosters deep spiritual connections with Nature, inspired by traditional Amazonian Vegetalista practices.
Opens pathways to innate healing capacities by unlearning disempowering habits and patterns.
Supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Provides a committed time for cleansing, deep listening, prayer, and practice.
Encourages respectful exchanges with plant-embodied teachers through preparation and intention-setting.
Enhances sensory perception and connection with plant teachers through dreams, visions, emotions, and sensory experiences.
Offers valuable opportunities for integration of traditional practices into everyday life.

Garden Gathering
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 21st 11am-4pm
Join us for seasonal in-person gatherings at the Plant Spirit Talk Kiva.
Celebrating the rhythms of the Earth near the Solstices and Equinoxes, we will immerse ourselves in the teachings of a seasonal Plant Spirit Teacher, chosen to support harmony and expand on the wisdom of the season; we’ll create healing medicines, engage in ritual, and grow in community connection.
